Employee Assistance Program

At Santen, we believe work life balance is an important aspect of a health life, which is why we provide a confidential, robust Mutual of Omaha EAP. With the program you and your household members will have the following resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Please read through the individual sections to learn what our plan covers per program.

The comprehensive EAP services include a variety of resources, such as:

  • Full-time employees and family who reside with them under age 26 are eligible to access EAP services
  • Toll-free hotline with access to in-house EAP professionals available 24/7/264
  • Subject matter experts to help you determine what support you need
  • Telephone support available in more than 120 languages
  • 5 sessions per year, per issue either face-to-face or video telehealth (3 face-to-face sessions in a six-month period per issue for CA residents)
  • Large national network of licensed clinical providers for counseling (more than 10,000 face-to-face providers and more than 30,000 providers for telehealth)
  • Valuable resources – legal libraries, tools and forms – available on EAP website
  • 25% discount for ongoing legal services for same issue
