Fertility Services Reimbursement
Santen will reimburse up to 80% of eligible fertility services (for employees, spouses or partners) and treatments not covered under your existing Santen medical plan, up to a lifetime maximum of $20,000. In addition to being enrolled in a Santen medical plan, you must also exhaust the state mandated fertility coverage provided by your plan to be eligible for this reimbursement. In compliance with IRS HRA regulations, your deductible must be met prior to any reimbursement under this plan. Your choice of medical plan may impact your ability to utilize this benefit. Adoption Assistance Plan
Santen will reimburse up to 100% of eligible adoption-related expenses, up to a maximum of $6,000 per adoption. For more information on how this program works, please contact Human Resources.
